A sparkling holiday fruit punch made with cranberry, pineapple, orange, and lime juices topped with bubbly ginger ale. Festive, non-alcoholic, and perfect for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or any winter celebration.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cups orange juice (pulp-free)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • Thinly sliced oranges, thinly sliced green apples, and thinly sliced limes in the punch

Instructions

  1. Chill the Ingredients – Place the cranberry, pineapple, orange, and lime juices in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before mixing. This helps the punch stay cold and refreshing. Also, chill the ginger ale.
  2. Combine the Juices – In a large punch bowl or pitcher, pour in the chilled cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir gently to blend.
  3. Add the Fruit Slices – Stir in thin slices of orange, green apple, and lime for flavor and a beautiful presentation.
  4. Just Before Serving, slowly pour in the ginger ale and give the punch one gentle stir to keep the fizz.
  5. Serve & Garnish – Ladle into ice-filled glasses and garnish with extra citrus slices, rosemary sprigs, or frozen fruit cubes for a festive finish.

Notes

  • Chill First: Keep all juices cold so the punch stays refreshing without too much ice melt.

  • Add Bubbles Last: Pour in the ginger ale just before serving to preserve maximum fizz.

  • Garnish for Impact: Float slices of orange, green apple, and lime, or add mint sprigs and cranberries for holiday color.

Serving Suggestions for a Glow-Worthy Celebration

  • Holiday Showcase – Serve in a clear glass punch bowl or beverage dispenser so the jewel-toned fruit and citrus slices become a sparkling centerpiece.

  • Garnish with Glam – Add mint sprigs, rosemary, or sugared cranberries for a festive, fragrant touch.

  • Glassware Glow – Use stemless wine glasses or vintage coupes with a sugared rim for extra sparkle.

  • Frozen Fruit Ice Cubes – Freeze cranberries or pomegranate seeds in ice cubes to keep the punch chilled without watering it down.

  • Signature Station – Create a self-serve bar with ladles, decorative cups, and a sign that says “Sip, Smile, Glow.”

  • Pair with Light Bites—To balance the fruity sweetness, Serve alongside savory appetizers like cheese boards, spiced nuts, or mini desserts.

  • Toast the Moment – Add festive straws or reusable stir sticks so guests can clink glasses in style.

  • Make Ahead: Mix the juices up to 24 hours in advance; store covered in the fridge and add ginger ale right before guests arrive.

  • Family-friendly: This is perfect for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or any gathering where you want a festive, non-alcoholic toast.
