Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 cups Low-fat Dairy Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • Alcohol Free Brandy (optional)
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

  1. ADD INGREDIENTS TO BLENDER: Add pumpkin purée, low-fat milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon to a blender.
  2. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH: Blend on high until completely smooth and lightly frothy, 20–30 seconds.
  3. CHILL: Taste and adjust the sweetness/spices to your preference; for an extra chill, refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
  4. POUR INTO GLASSES: Pour into your favorite holiday mugs or glasses.
  5. ADD OPTIONALN/A BRANDY: Add non-alcoholic brandy or omit. We love it without. Use approximately one ounce of n/a brandy per serving. Add and stir.
  6. TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAMTop with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon (and a pinch of nutmeg, if desired). Serve immediately.
