A refreshing Strawberry Mojito Mocktail made with fresh strawberries, mint, and lime. Sweet, bubbly, and alcohol-free—perfect for summer sipping and glow-worthy celebrations!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries - the sweeter the better!
  • Juice of One Lime
  • Fresh Lime Slices - for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons of Simple Syrup or Agave Syrup
  • Sparkling Water or Bubbly Club Soda
  • 10 Fresh Mint Leaves and a Sprig for Garnish
  • A Muddler or a Wooden Spoon
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the fresh strawberries and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Muddle or crush the mint leaves gently in a glass to release their flavors. You can use a muddler or the back of a sturdy wooden spoon.
  3. Add the agave or simple syrup to the glass and stir well to combine with the mint leaves.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Pour the strawberry-lime mixture over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
  6. Top off the glass with sparkling water, stirring gently to mix all the ingredients.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a strawberry slice, if desired.
