Ingredients

  • 2 ounces non-alcoholic Italian orange aperitif
  • 3 ounces non-alcoholic prosecco or dry sparkling white wine
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 ounce sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice (crushed, pebble, or chunky)
  • 1/2 orange slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large wine glass with pebbled or chunky ice.
  2. Pour the non-alcoholic orange aperitif over the ice.
  3. Add the fresh orange juice.
  4. Slowly pour in the non-alcoholic prosecco or sparkling wine.
  5. Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve in a chilled wine glass over crushed or chunky ice for the best presentation. Garnish with a fresh orange slice and enjoy immediately while cold and bubbly. For an elevated touch, add a striped straw or a few edible flowers.
