This easy grapefruit lavender mocktail is an elegant, alcohol-free drink with floral and citrus notes—perfect for spa days, brunches, or baby showers.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz. lavender syrup
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 4 oz. sparkling water (or more to taste)
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Juice fresh grapefruit and strain to remove pulp. You can also use store-bought grapefruit juice.
  2. Lightly crush or muddle the mint until you release the bright aroma in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, until you smell the mint flavor.
  3. Add Lavender syrup.
  4. Add grapefruit juice and shake or stir until combined. Add sparkling water and stir again.
  5. Divide between two glasses filled to the top with ice and garnish with a fresh grapefruit slice and sprig of mint. We love to put the grapefruit slice in the glass first, then add ice.
  6. This is an excellent mocktail to make in a pitcher.

Notes

This non-alcoholic drink is also delicious with simple syrup or a tablespoon of agave syrup instead of lavender. However, we think the lavender makes this drink the perfect mocktail!

Serving Tips for a Glow-Worthy Moment

  • Serve this mocktail chilled in coupe or stemless wine glasses for a refined, spa-like presentation.

  • Add a sprig of fresh lavender or mint to highlight the floral aroma.

  • For a softer hue, top with non-alcoholic sparkling white wine.

  • Pair with cucumber tea sandwiches, fruit platters, or lavender shortbread for a cohesive flavor experience.

  • Hosting a baby or bridal shower? Serve in clear glass pitchers and add floating grapefruit slices and lavender sprigs for a show-stopping centerpiece.

  • Garnish idea: Try a sugar rim infused with dried lavender for an elegant finish.
