🍓 Ingredients

  • 6 ounces raspberry syrup
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 2 ounces fresh lime juice)
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle non-alcoholic sparkling white wine, chilled
  • Ice (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
  • Lime slices or wheels, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

How To Make a Raspberry Bellini Mocktail

  1. Juice the fresh limes and add the juice to a pitcher, then pour in the raspberry syrup and stir gently to combine.
  2. Right before serving, slowly pour in the chilled non-alcoholic sparkling white wine to keep the bubbles light and lively. Give it a very gentle stir—just enough to blend without losing the sparkle.
  3. If serving immediately, you can add ice directly to the pitcher for an extra-chilled, refreshing finish. Otherwise, serve in chilled glasses to keep the drink crisp without diluting the flavor.
  4. For a more elegant presentation, divide the raspberry syrup and lime mixture between chilled glasses, then top each glass with the sparkling wine just before serving.
