Recipe Notes

Sweetness Tip: Start with 1 and 1/2 ounces of agave syrup and adjust to taste. Raspberries vary in sweetness, so you may need slightly more or less.

Citrus Level: If you prefer a milder citrus flavor, use juice from ½ a lime instead of a full lime

Mint Matters: Gently muddle the mint to release its oils without shredding the leaves. Over-muddling can make the drink taste bitter.

Make Ahead: You can muddle the raspberries, mint, lime juice, and agave up to a few hours in advance. Store chilled and add sparkling water just before serving.

Frozen Raspberries: If using frozen raspberries, thaw first and drain excess liquid for the brightest flavor and color. (Fresh is best for maximum flavor)

Pitcher Option: Multiply ingredients as needed and add sparkling water right before serving to keep it bubbly and fresh.
