  • 2 oz non-alcoholic tequila alternative
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic orange liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 8 fresh raspberries muddled (crushed)
  • Ice

Optional (for serving):

 

  • Lime wedge or wheel
  • Salt or sugar for rim
  • Extra raspberries for garnish

  1. Muddle the raspberries
    Add the raspberries to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle until they release their juices.
  2. Add remaining ingredients
    Pour in the non-alcoholic tequila alternative, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup.
  3. Shake with ice
    Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
  4. Prepare glass (optional)
    If desired, rim your glass with lime juice and dip in salt or sugar.
  5. Strain and serve
    Strain the mixture into a glass filled to the top with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish
    Add a lime wedge or a few raspberries for a pretty, glow-worthy finish.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less agave syrup
  • For a smoother texture, double strain to remove raspberry seeds
  • Can be made as a pitcher for entertaining (see pitcher section above)
  • Try a spicy version by muddling a slice of jalapeño with the raspberries
