Ingredients

  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces strawberry syrup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 2-4 ounces sparkling water, to top
  • Ice

Optional Garnishes:

 

  • Fresh strawberry
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Lime wheel

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add the strawberry syrup first, then slowly pour the pineapple, lime juice, and coconut water mixture over the back of a spoon to encourage the layered effect. Top with sparkling water and give it just one gentle stir, if desired.
  3. Guests can mix their own drink with the straw!
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit and a fun striped straw
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.

 

Notes

 

  • For the prettiest sunrise effect, add the strawberry syrup first, then slowly pour in the remaining ingredients over ice.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less strawberry syrup to suit your taste.
  • No coconut water? Substitute additional pineapple juice for a sweeter drink or sparkling water for a lighter version.
  • For the best bubbles, add the sparkling water just before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries, pineapple wedges, and a striped straw for an extra glow-worthy presentation.
