This refreshing Paloma Mocktail is a bright, bubbly blend of grapefruit juice, fresh lime, agave nectar, and sparkling water. Served over ice and garnished with vibrant citrus slices, it’s the perfect alcohol-free drink for summer parties, brunches, or any time you crave a zesty, feel-good sip.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. agave nectar (agave syrup)
  • 4 oz. sparkling water
  • ice
  • sliced citrus for garnish

Instructions

  1. Juice fresh limes
  2. Juice a sizeable pink grapefruit using a citrus juicer (or your hands) 
  3. Add grapefruit juice and lime juice to a cocktail shaker with agave nectar
  4. Add sparkling water and stir
  5. Strain into your favorite glass filled to the top with ice
  6. Garnish with a lime or grapefruit slice. Enjoy!

Notes

*You can also substitute maple syrup or simple syrup. 

  • Chill Your Glasses  – Pop them in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving for an extra-refreshing sip.

  • Play With Garnishes  – Try grapefruit wedges, lime wheels, or even a sprig of rosemary or mint for color and fragrance.

  • Adjust the Sweetness  – Add a little more agave if you like it sweeter, or keep it tart and zesty.

  • Make a Pitcher  – Mix everything except the sparkling water beforehand, then top with fizz just before serving.

  • Add a Rim Twist  – Rim glasses with pink Himalayan salt, sugar, or a mix of both for a festive finish.

 

  • Serve in Style  – Use tall highball glasses for classic vibes, or champagne flutes for a bubbly, party-ready version
