  • 2 ounces mango juice
  • 3 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 1 ounce pomegranate juice
  • Ice

Notes

  • Create the layered look: Slowly pour the pomegranate juice over the back of a spoon or down the inside of the glass so it settles toward the bottom for a beautiful tropical sunrise effect.
  • For entertaining: Mix the pineapple juice, mango juice, and coconut water in a pitcher ahead of time. Add the pomegranate juice to each individual glass just before serving to preserve the layered presentation.
  • Make it sparkling: Top with a splash of sparkling water or alcohol-free sparkling wine for a light, bubbly variation.
  • Adjust the sweetness: Every juice brand is a little different. If you’d like a sweeter mocktail, stir in a teaspoon of agave or honey simple syrup before serving.
  • Garnish ideas: Fresh pineapple, orange slices, lime wheels, edible flowers, or a fun paper straw make this mocktail extra glow-worthy.
  • Nutrition: Nutritional information is an estimate only and will vary depending on the brands of juice and coconut water used.
