Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

2 1/2 frozen bananas

1-2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple juice and coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add frozen bananas and ice.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy. Serve in your favorite glass!

Notes

*Always add liquids first, then fruit and ice. Stir the mixture halfway with a wooden spoon. We love it thick and icy. If you want a more pourable texture, add pineapple juice a few tablespoons at a time.

Serving Tips: For a tropical mocktail vibe, serve in a coconut shell or tiki glass with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella!
