Ingredients

Scale

1 oz. Raspberry Syrup

1 oz. Passionfruit Syrup

Juice of 1/2 a fresh lime

6 oz. sparkling non-alcoholic wine or sparkling water (You can also use sparkling apple juice for children)

Ice

Garnish with fresh raspberries and lime slices or wedges

Instructions

  1. Add the raspberry syrup, passionfruit syrup, and juice of half a lime to a glass or cocktail shaker.
  2. Stir briefly to combine.
  3. Add the sparkling non-alcoholic white wine or sparkling water. Stir until combined.
  4. Fill a glass with chunky ice.
  5. Pour the raspberry mocktail into your glass of ice.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and lime slices. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste: If you prefer a lighter drink, reduce the raspberry or passionfruit syrup slightly and add more sparkling water.
  • Choose your bubbles: Use sparkling non-alcoholic wine for a more elevated, spritz-style mocktail, or sparkling water for a lighter, more refreshing sip.
  • Make ahead tip: Mix the raspberry syrup, passionfruit syrup, and lime juice ahead of time and store in the fridge. Add the sparkling component just before serving to keep it bubbly.
  • Serving tip: Chill your glass before serving for the most refreshing experience, especially for warm weather gatherings.
  • Garnish idea: Fresh raspberries, lime slices, or even a sprig of mint add a beautiful finishing touch.
  • Frozen raspberries: These work well as garnish and help keep your drink cold without watering it down.
  • Make it a pitcher: Multiply ingredients as needed and keep the base mixture chilled. Add sparkling wine or water to each glass just before serving.
