A refreshing and elegant Sparkling Blackberry Mocktail made with muddled blackberries, mint, honey simple syrup, and lime, topped with crisp non-alcoholic sparkling white wine. Jewel-toned, fizzy, and glow-worthy — perfect for brunches, baby showers, or holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 large blackberries (plus extra for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons honey simple syrup
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Non-alcoholic sparkling white wine (such as ISH)

Instructions

  1. Muddle the Blackberries: In the bottom of a cocktail shaker or glass pitcher, add the blackberries and muddle (gently crush) until the blackberries resemble blackberry jam.
  2. Add Mint Leaves: Add fresh mint and muddle (gently crush) until you smell the wonderful mint aroma.
  3. Add lime juice and syrup: Add fresh-squeezed lime juice and honey simple syrup.
  4. Add sparkling n/a wine: Add sparkling non-alcoholic white wine and stir.
  5. Strain Into Glasses: Strain the blackberry mixture into two glasses. Tip: For an elegant look, use a fine-mesh strainer to keep the drink smooth and sparkling.
  6. Top off with Sparkling Non-alcoholic Wine: Top off the glasses with a splash of non-alcoholic sparkling white wine to create a beautiful, fizzy finish.
  7. Garnish & Serve: Garnish with a couple of blackberries on a cocktail toothpick. Serve immediately while bubbly and fresh.
