Notes

  • Non‑Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé Choose a dry or semi‑dry NA rosé with good acidity. This keeps the mocktail crisp and balanced rather than overly sweet. We love ISH n/a sparkling rose wine.
  • Rose Syrup – Adds a soft floral note that feels romantic without being overpowering. If you’re new to rose flavors, start with a smaller amount and adjust to taste.
  • Strawberry Syrup – Provides natural sweetness and that classic Valentine pink hue. You can substitute muddled fresh strawberries for a fresher, less sweet version.
  • Lime Juice – A splash of acidity brightens the entire drink and keeps the florals from feeling heavy. We tried both lemon and lime juice and preferred lime.
