Sandra R. – Cincinnati
Why You’ll Love This Mocktail Spritz
- Completely non‑alcoholic, but still elegant and festive
- Beautiful natural pink color — no food coloring needed
- Light, refreshing, and not overly sweet
- Perfect for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s brunch, baby showers, or date night
- Easy to make by the glass or as a small batch for parties
Recipe Testing Notes
I tested this mocktail several ways — with lime juice, with lemon juice, without citrus, and with less strawberry syrup. This version was our favorite for balance and brightness. The lime adds just enough acidity to lift the floral rose and strawberry flavors without overpowering the drink.
Recipe Ingredients
- Non‑alcoholic sparkling rosé
- Rose syrup
- Strawberry syrup
- Fresh lime juice
- Ice

Ingredient Notes and Substitutions
- Non‑Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé – Choose a dry or semi‑dry NA rosé with good acidity. This keeps the mocktail crisp and balanced rather than overly sweet. We love ISH.
- Rose Syrup – Adds a soft floral note that feels romantic without being overpowering. If you’re new to rose flavors, start with a smaller amount and adjust to taste.
- Strawberry Syrup – Provides natural sweetness and that classic Valentine pink hue. You can substitute muddled fresh strawberries for a fresher, less sweet version.
- Lime Juice – A splash of acidity brightens the entire drink and keeps the florals from feeling heavy.
- More Floral – If you prefer a more floral-forward drink, skip the citrus.
Ingredient Notes
This Meyer Strawberry Syrup is one we reach for often—it’s crafted with real fruit, naturally sweet, and adds a rich, authentic strawberry flavor that really makes this mocktail shine. It also states it’s gluten-free.

Serving and Garnish Tips

Hosting Tip
For maximum fizz, don’t add ice to the pitcher. Instead, fill each glass with ice and pour the mocktail over it. This keeps the bubbles lively and the flavor balanced.
Flavor Adjustment Notes
- Prefer it less sweet? Use 2 teaspoons of rose syrup and reduce the strawberry syrup slightly.
- Want more floral notes? Add rose syrup ¼ teaspoon at a time.

Your Questions Answered
Yes — mix everything except the sparkling rosé ahead of time and add the bubbles just before serving.
It’s lightly sweet and refreshing. You can easily adjust the syrup amounts to suit your taste.
Absolutely. Muddle fresh strawberries with lime juice for a fresher, less sweet version.
Galentine’s Day is a celebration of friendship—especially among women—typically observed on February 13. It became widely popular after being featured on the TV show Parks and Recreation and has since evolved into a fun, feel-good tradition centered around gathering friends, sharing food and drinks, and celebrating connection.
💕 Hosting Tips for Galentine’s Day
Galentine’s Day is all about celebrating friendship — relaxed, joyful, and a little playful. These simple tips help keep things festive without overthinking it.
💗 Serve a Signature Pink Mocktail
Choose one beautiful drink (such as this Pink Rosé Mocktail) and make it special. A single signature sip keeps hosting easy and gives the gathering a fun, cohesive vibe.
🍓 Set Out a Mini Garnish Bar
Small bowls of strawberries, lime slices, edible flowers, or sugar-rimmed glasses let guests customize their drinks. It’s low-effort, but everyone appreciates the interactive touch.
🥂 Batch It Ahead of Time
Prep the mocktail base in advance and add the sparkling rosé just before guests arrive. You’ll spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the moment.
🎶 Keep the Playlist Light & Happy
Think feel-good, sing-along energy — nothing too loud or serious. The goal is conversation, laughter, and a relaxed flow.
💌 Mix Seating (or Go Casual)
Galentine’s doesn’t need a formal table. Bar stools, couches, or standing around the kitchen island often spark the best conversations.
🍫 Pair with Easy Sweet Bites
Chocolate truffles, heart-shaped cookies, or strawberries dipped in dark chocolate pair beautifully with pink mocktails and keep things effortlessly festive.
✨ Lean into the Pink (Just a Little)
A few pink napkins, fresh flowers, or fun glassware go a long way. Think playful, not themed — Galentine’s should feel chic, not kitschy.

I’m not usually a “pink mocktail” guy, but this drink was awesome. We had it for my wife’s baby shower and it was a hit, I drank 3 myself.
So easy to make and can mix it up with a lemon or a lime. A must try!!!
Love that you liked this one! It’s a favorite of ours!
