Icy Virgin Banana Pina Colada in large glass

A Virgin Banana Piña Colada is a tropical twist on the classic Piña Colada Mocktail. This non-alcoholic banana drink blends ripe banana with creamy coconut milk and sweet pineapple juice for an extra layer of richness and natural sweetness.

While a traditional Piña Colada mocktail skips the rum and sticks to the iconic pineapple-coconut combo, the banana version adds a smoothie-like texture and tropical flavor, making it feel even more indulgent. It’s perfect for a refreshing treat or kid-friendly summer sip. Scale

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

1 cup full-fat coconut milk

2 1/2 frozen bananas

12 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Add pineapple juice and coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add frozen bananas and ice.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy. Serve in your favorite glass!

Notes

*Always add liquids first, then fruit and ice. Stir the mixture halfway with a wooden spoon. We love it thick and icy. If you want a more pourable texture, add pineapple juice a few tablespoons at a time.
