How to Make a Watermelon Mocktail

  1. In a blender, add the fresh diced watermelon and lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves gently to release their flavors. You can use a muddler
    or the back of a spoon.
  3. Add the agave or simple syrup to the glass and stir well to combine with the mint leaves.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Pour the watermelon-lime mixture over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.
  6. Top off the glass with sparkling or soda water, stirring gently to mix all the ingredients.
  7. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a strawberry slice, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy this refreshing Watermelon Mojito Mocktail.
